is compatible with any modern web browser, anywhere in the world.
It is compatible for use on PCs and Apple Macs well as most modern
operating systems and is ideal for a minimum of ten users to unlimited
users across multiple office locations in any country.

Once you
have purchased the licensing, PROMOSERVE will be
directly implemented into your enterprise and, you have the option
of it being hosted on your server, or off-site on our server. This
is an ideal solution for the low budget user and licensing costs
can be significantly reduced Best of all, it will be under the watchful
eyes of our technical staff with intranet expertise so you have
nothing to worry about.

you are sending or receiving is web-based. Another advantage of
being a web-based system is that the only client maintenance and
installation required is to direct the clients web browser to the
internal intranet or external internet address.
Once PROMOSERVE is installed, your staff will
be provided with the website address link, a user name and password,
and then you are ready to start using it. It is that easy!

Training
|
Of course,
to get your staff used to their new intranet, we will provide training
on PROMOSERVE. However, the system is so simple
to use it requires very little training as each section is close
to self explanatory. Only the ‘computer illiterate’
user may need substantial training.
Because of this, training costs are minimal due to the user friendly
interface, but training is recommended to teach staff the systems
capabilities and get them excited about using it.
